There are two important characters. Peeta is funny but not very smart. He gets embarrassed easily. He also goes off to dangerous places with no one knowing. Rue is a girl. She is very smart and has a great personality.
They are trying to win a war. Everywhere they go, they have to take interviews before it. In the war they need to protect, attack, and fight back.
